This Privacy Policy covers CropperJi (our web-based PDF tools) and Autoflow (our browser extension for form-filling and product-listing automation), together “our Services.” Both products share a single CropperJi account — signing in with your CropperJi credentials in Autoflow uses the same account, subscription/plan, and login system described here.
Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and account/plan details.

CropperJi usage: PDF files processed through our browser-based tools are handled locally on your device. We may store account settings and processing history needed to provide the service.
Autoflow usage: when you sign in to Autoflow, your email and password are sent once to our licence server (over HTTPS) to authenticate you and confirm your plan is active; we do not store your password on your device. Your session (email, name, plan status, and a login token) is then kept locally in your browser’s extension storage to keep you signed in without re-checking on every action.
Autoflow saved templates: form-fill and listing templates you record (the fields and values you choose to save) are stored locally in your browser only. They are never uploaded to our servers, and they are not affected by signing out — signing out only ends your Autoflow session, not your saved templates.
How We Use Your Information
To provide, maintain, and improve our Services; to authenticate your account and enforce plan/subscription status; to process payments; and to respond to support requests.
Data Storage and Local Processing
PDF processing in CropperJi and form template storage in Autoflow both happen locally on your device.
Autoflow’s browser permissions (reading and filling form fields on pages you choose, running side-by-side in the browser side panel) are used only to record and replay the templates you create, and only when you actively start a recording or replay. Autoflow does not run in the background collecting data from pages you haven’t chosen to interact with.
Autoflow does not download or execute any remote code; all extension logic ships within the installed package.
